What is difference of C57BL/6J and FVB background mice bone marrow derived macrophages, with the expression of EGR2 and CD38 ?

I am using FVB background mice for M2 conversion assay bye using IL-4 (20ng/ul) with or without IL-4 stimulation but when i run the flow cytometry i can't find any significant difference .

Is any one have any idea about that ?
