Which is more important for researchers SCOPUS or SCI journals for their publications? Does any SCI journal also exist in SCOPUS list? What is mean of INDEX journals?

SCOPUS calculates the h-index of an author or a group of authors using journal publications from 1996-current, i.e. papers published before 1996 are not included in the calculation.

i think sci journals are having higher index value than scopus journals.
I think their valuation are different but both are hi indexed journal.
Scopus includes the list of SCI journals and the lower qualified journals that are not indexed by SCI.
All SCI/SCIE journals are SCOPUS indexed but all SCOPUS indexed journals are not SCI/SCIE indexed.
Scopus is Elsevier’s abstract and citation database.
SCI database is owned by Clarivate Analytics .
