Print and online are two different media so need to have different ISSN number. We are also aware that copyright and plagiarism policy also applies to online material.

Some journals have print as well as online publication so need two different ISSN number for each publication media

Recently, I submitted a paper into a general whose name also appears on the SCIE list of web of science. My paper got accepted. The journal actually has two ISSN numbers (one for print and the other for online). Only one ISSN (print) appears on the web of science list. I want to know what does it mean? Will my paper be included in print version or not? (The journal did not ask about this choice at any stage of the whole process.) If it is not included in the print version then can I write the impact factor of the journal next to the title of my article on my personal website?

I will be very thankful for clarifying my confusion.

I think print version is not an essential thing to be included in indexing. Online is essential, some journal do not support print version. You can write the impact factor with journal title.

What do you mean by ISSN printed? If you mean paper publishing, this means that published research is not subject to electronic publication. This means that publishing will be on a very limited scale and is not universally preferred, unlike electronic publishing.

The ISSN [International Standard Serial Number] is just a code to identify a periodical publication such as scientific journals and other types of publications. When a journal is indexed in Scopus or WoS, it requires this code to identify the journal, therefore it does not matter if it is printed or digital since the journal remains the same. Although it has different ISSN the magazine is the same and also publishes the same content, so there is no need to worry about this. When the journal is indexed in Scopus or WoS, it must inform if it has a printed ISSN and digital ISSN.

Both can be indexed. Thete should be no difference between e- journal and printed version of the same.
