In a certain way the question is the answer, the conceptual framework on which an investigation is based, in my opinion are its theoretical bases. It can exist or it can be elaborated by the researcher, all research takes place in a certain theoretical framework where there are concepts, laws, categories, etc. That is why the person in charge of directing a thesis or a research project is obliged to demonstrate to whom it guides, that the conceptual framework of an investigation constitutes one of the fundamental pillars in which any scientific project must be based and at the same time is one of the fields where she must also provide theoretical results. But the analysis of the theoretical framework is a critical process where the researcher performs an analysis of each of the moments where his object of study moves and how he can contribute or not to the construction of his theoretical framework. Without an adequate conceptual or theoretical framework, the researcher can get lost and not know how to direct his research, especially that occurs in the current era where any researcher thanks to the existence of very sophisticated information management technologies can be lost to thousands of gigabytes if knowing How to use them The theoretical framework becomes an objective and effective force to the same extent that its theoretical structures are sufficiently solid, otherwise it may constitute an unusable scaffolding that far from benefiting hinders the development of the project. For me the difference between the conceptual framework and the proposed framework does not exist, the framework is constructed in the same critical process of search of the area of knowledge where research moves, it is built as the investigation progresses and is verified in The progress of the investigation. This is my experience on the subject, they are just some ideas that I think may be useful.
Conceptual farme work means, already availabe a theoretical ftramework based well established investigation/law and proposed means, new developed framework based on latest research contents.
In my opinion Conceptual and Proposed Framework has a fine line of difference.
Conceptual Framework is based on novel idea/concepts of researcher whereas Proposed Framework has a base of already proven tools and techniques alongwith new ideas of researcher connected in a unique way.
Theoritical framework consists of the theories or theoritical issues in which your study is embedded. On the other hand, the conceptual framework describes the aspects you selected from the theoritical framework to become the foundations of your research enquiry.
