I have read in a literature that the mismatch of polarization resistance leads to cross contamination of WE impedance by CE impedance. The solution to this problem is to use low impedance CE such as mirrored WE or dendrite lithium(Use large CE compared to WE). I could not get the point exactly. Could anyone please explain it a bit. Thanks in advance.

The combination of geometric and electrical asymmetries lead to a second semicircle in one of the electrodes. There is possibility that it may be interpreted as one of the physical processes taking place in the electrode. It is denoted as cross contamination of electrode. Did I understand it correctly?
Yes, they are attributing the second, smaller semicircle to cross-talk rather than a second physical process.
