What is best scale study can we use to assess maternal psychiatric conditions other than MDD at the follow up? The mother accompanying new born is 20-35 years old, with first child. Is there any scale which can help us categorized maternal into some psychiatric diseases and find out its individual effects on child social withdraw and behavior changes?

I am newbie in research and my supervisor gave me topic to find anything, and i find @ADBB as an interesting scale for social withdrawal behavior for children under 24 month age. I received a very good feedback from team of Lab working on ADBB scale, and lot of literature. Now we want to study this scale on prematurity as well as maternal depression both in follow up study in Xian Jiaotong Hospital.
