What is best condition for yeast surface display (antigen display) immobilization on ELISA plate for biopanning purpose?

I am doing for biopanning and still learning how to make an optimal condition for my experiment. For YSD coating, what kind of plate (maxisorp or medisorp is okay, round or flat bottom) is best for this purpose? Then what is the best concentration OD600 of the cell to be added to the plate? (I have seen many paper said in OD600=10) is it best enough?
