Given the MitoSOX red-probe susceptibility to oxygen and it is quite hygroscopic nature, it catches the humidity from the air that speed up the deterioration of the probe. For that, reason, the product vial solution is only one time use. That is not economical BEST FIT. Secondly, my single cell clone have some red background, that restrict me to differentiate clearly from probe color.

So, I am looking for best alternative of Mitosox for mitochondrial ROS.
