I am looking for an automated tool for measuring different retinal layer (ONL and INL) thickness. I try to access the ImageJ plug-in introduced in a paper entitled " Automated tool for the detection of cell nuclei in digital microscopic images: Application to retinal images" without success. I very much would be thankful if you could help me to find a plug-in or an alternative solution. A sample of the retinal microscopic images is attached below.
