It is known that the output of any software engineering research is by publishing a paper. But for the sake of publication, the main course of this activity which is to contribute to a better software product is distorted by the publication board's policy. Most of these publications care about empirical results and they want to see the applicability of the proposed solution. I would like to see comments about this method of assessment for researches and if you agree or not please explain and if you have other suggestions e.g. another assessment method, also state that.
