I am currently estimating mercury intake from seafood consumption but was having trouble finding previous research that provides any values for what a serving size is (in ounces or grams) at different childhood age groups -- preferably those under 5 years of age
I would prefer actual reported intake values, in addition to any variation by age, race/ethnicity, and gender
If I am unable to locate anything, I will likely have to resort to using recommended serving sizes from the FDA
Has anyone come across such data or reporting?
