we are maintaing some pytoplankton species on our BOD chamber with automatic timer and maintaing 8 hours light period during the day time from 9AM to 5PM.
Thank you sir. Does your phytoplankton samples include Desmids also sir? Because, even we are maintaining the same but, I would like to know the lighting period especially for desmids.

Long back we maintained the Cosmarium species in the same lighting period, But we basically concentrate on the species such as Skeletonema and chaetoceras only. Thank you
