I have germanium nanoparticles with different ligand cappings, some of which are not well dispersed in organic solvents. I wish to cast a uniform thin film for resistivity measurement by Van der Pauw technique. I tried DROP cast and SPIN coating already but the nanoparticles form separated islands on substrate and not a uniform layer to conduct and give me proper measurements.
Can someone please help me with a new technique to cast films of such nanoparticles?
