What is a good protocol for a thermal shift/melt assay on a Stratagene MX3000P qPCR machine?

I'm trying to run a thermal shift assay on a qPCR machine (MX3000P) using SYRPO Orange as the fluorescent probe. I'm struggling to find the options to select an appropriate heating gradient (0.15 C/s or thereabouts) and to select the correct filter set for this dye. Any suggestions which template to use/modify are greatly appreciated.
