What is a good method to prepare samples for TEM analysis using electrochemically charged and discharged materials?

Dear all, I want to do a TEM analysis of some cathode materials for rechargeable sodium-ion batteries. The electrode materials of these batteries are at different charge and discharge potentials.

Any advice on how to prepare samples using these electrodes for a TEM analysis which includes HRTEM and SAED studies would be really appreciated.

You can cut a lamella from your electrode active material using focused ion beam coupled with SEM machine and then load it on a Cu grid for TEM analysis.
