As you indicated already the journal “HighTech and Innovation Journal” is a nice, legit and genuine journal that is Scopus indexed https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21101096684 and is (together with three other journals of their publisher) a DOAJ member https://www.doaj.org/toc/2723-9535
Unfortunately, the plagiarized paper is published by a journal/publisher that is most likely predatory:
-Their indexing info (https://adi-journal.org/index.php/ajri/indexing ) is full of so-called misleading metrics (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ) like DRJI and CiteFactor, often used by predatory journals/publishers
-Vague contact info (physical address is well..)
-Editorial board has no link whatsoever with Indonesia
I am afraid they will not reply to a request to retract the paper you indicated but I guess the best way is to see if the publisher behind your paper is willing to take action against this journal/publisher and indirectly against these authors who so bluntly plagiarized your paper.
I am very grateful for your excellent answer. Unfortunately, there is no international procedure or law that prevents scientific theft. But I will try to address the publisher; perhaps he will respond to me. You have all my appreciation and respect.
Dear Nada Jasim Habeeb A bit unexpected but I guess your efforts had success: I noticed that the plagiarised paper is in the meantime retracted https://adi-journal.org/index.php/ajri/article/view/914#
