My stock of sc-711 is gone, and SC has been prohibited from selling polyclonal antibodies. I want to do both WB (could be either IRalpha or IRbeta) and ICC, especially unpermeabilized cells (so IRalpha). My MA-20 mouse monoclonal has not worked in ICC.

I'd recommend searching on BenchSci (www.benchsci.com) to see what other antibodies agaist IR have been published in ICC and WB, which you can easily do so by applying the right filters.

BenchSci looks good at first sight, but they found much less information than I had found manually googling. Nevertheless thanks!
