I am researching on alliance management in North-East Asia, my goal being to understand whether North Korea and China are going to end their military alliance. I am testing three models of alliance management (capability aggregation , alliance interest and domestic factors) use the South Korea-US alliance as benchmark for comparison. So far, my assessment is that the alliance will not collapse despite fluctuations.
