What indicates cytoplasmic vacuolization in HepAD38 cells?

I experienced considerable amount of cytoplasmic vacuolization in my HepAD38 cells after recent passaging. What indicates this? Is there any method to reverse the aberrant morphology of HepAD38 Cells?
