I can understand that it is very messy to answer but I found something interesting in this research and I hope that your Expert Advice will help me if I made some mistake during my research, so I can rectify those things before publishing.
Multiple oxygen injection would be a messy. Just can be tried with retarded/advance technique to optimize low NOx emission (brake thermal efficiency should not be reduced).
I believe oxygen injection is of no use as retarded injection solely reduces the temperatures which do not favor NOx kinetics. So, even if the O2 is made available to N2, NOx kinetics are not favored owing to lesser temperatures.
But, if you have observed anything else then it would be a great break through.
I also think that the injected O2 can help in oxidising the soot provided the temp. is 700K. So, may be this technique can help NOX-PM trade off.
