From my understanding, both PVB and TPU form a combination of Hydrogen bonds, Van der Waals forces and chemical bonds with the hydroxyl groups of the glass surface. Is it true that PVB has a higher probability of forming chemical bonds with the surface than PU does, therefore PVB has a stronger bond with the glass surface?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
