To answer your own question, you should run the reaction, isolate the product (IF ANY) and identify it. Then you could find out "What have happened".

Yes i did that reaction. in TLC i am observing on spot. but after one day two spots are appearing. i did not find any related journal....that why i asked question....i expecting that product was CH-I COMBINED PRODUCT.

I GOT WHAT I EXPECTED PRODUCT. stil not confirmed with spectra..

Suggest related journals for that process?

If these two products are separated well by tlc then use the same eluent and column chromatography to obtain pure samples. Obtain MS and H-1 NMR for each to identify them. Once you know the structures of these product then you can draw a plausible pathway to their formation.

I did not find any reported data on the reaction of iodoform with bisphenol. If you can provide me with an equation for a similar system, that might help in searching
