Hi, For bee venom you must store it in the Freezer because its major compounds are proteins. So if you heat them they will surely lose thiere biological effect.

Most of the active compounds in bee venom are proteins.Therefore, protein are heat sensitive,hence lose their peptide bond easily. Freezer is the best place for its storage.
