What happens to the man or woman who experiences success, but has not experienced failure?
All greatly successful people have experienced failure but those who didn't will in the future and they may not be prepared to deal with it.
I'm always doubtful about people who have not experienced failure. What are they doing wrong? Are they not trying beyond their comfort zone? Is it luck, or just conformity?
After school; the so'-called "A" students find job very easily but there is also a chance they will lose it easily. For the " B" students; failure helps them think more to improve themselves and also develop soft skills to manage failures. These are very important to keep job not only get one.
All life experiences may lead to success or failure, here is wisdom in the reactions to different situations, may lead failure to greater success

Though no great success is ever achieved without failure. However, if any person experiences success, but has not experienced failure that will prove very dangerous to the other. Such person will always create problems to the other and will underestimate them.
I think success never happens without failure.. Every successful people have to face it..
It is a terrible experience. But if it happens it has to be a good lesson for us to achieve success.

Do we really have such kind of person on this surface of the earth that i have not tasted defeat/failure in life? In one way or the one would have experienced defeat in life. It it happens that one has not tasted failure in life, the person might have not learnt so many things about life.
The person always get success don't have an idea about root of the success
It is by failure that one learns. When Apollo 11 was launched (the first spaceship to reach and land on the moon with Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins resulting in teh first moon walk) it was off course 99% of the time and thus corrections had to be made. It is very rare that someone is born 100% perfect and thus unless one makes mistakes and learns from them they will experience minimal growth.
I totally agree with Dr. Amir W. Al-Khafaji. Those who have only experienced success, a small failure can bear them severe problems which in most cases can lead to depression in individuals.
