Dear, I would like to suggest to have a look to the D3 library developed by Mike Bostock (https://github.com/mbostock/d3/wiki/Gallery). This library is one of the most modern and powerful application.
About which one is best...I would suggest to see the following resource: "What makes a data visualization memorable? - COMPUTER SCIENTISTS AT HARVARD AND COGNITIVE SCIENTISTS AT MIT TEAM UP TO SETTLE A DEBATE OVER "CHART JUNK" (http://www.seas.harvard.edu/news/2013/10/what-makes-data-visualization-memorable/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=hseas-socialflow)
Based on my observations I would like to suggest to think about which visualization is more suitable for the target you are studding. It is different when graphs are presented to management, scientists or doctors.
