Thank you very much for your suggestions, Hamid. When you mentioned partitioning variance on variables, I have no idea about it. Could you please share a good example for me? I have been using the Maxent and it will use percentage contribution and Jackknife test to test which variables are more important, or some paper will apply correlation analysis to prevent highly correlation variables. Is it similar to partitioning variance? Thank you and hope to discuss more.
