Dear Friends!
My data sets come from different waves of survey and the gap between the waves are not uniform. Can I combine four waves together to try a pooled cross section data set? Or repeated cross section approach(Lebo and Weber,2015) will be effective? Can anybody throw some light any possible model specification to handle the issue?
The data comes from the World Value Survey and I want to work on a specific country for a long period of time- say from 19991- 2012. I would appreciate any suggestion.

There are many particularly, I may suggest ANOVA. Before the estimation you just need to set dataset as unbalanced.
However, I would recommend you to make the dataset balanced through using certain methods for filling empty cells as using unbalanced data is very much criticized. E.g. you may apply moving averages
