The large spots indicate a coarse grained phase. The continuous rings indicate and nanocrystalline phase. The fact that the spots appear to have the same d-spacings as the rings, suggest that you might be looking at a single phase - with two different grain sizes. You might see such a pattern from a sputtered thin film (nanocrystalline) which had been deposited at a high(ish) temperature, or had been heat treated, and in which recrystallisation (grain growth) has initiated - but is not yet complete.

Dear Kavita, The Debye rings indicate the presence of a dispersed phase of nanocrystals that appears to be mixed with larger nanocrystalline aggregates that behave as single crystals. Good luck
