The choice of the journal is the choice of the audience (type of readers), the level of the article (complexity of the analysis) and the language. It is also the method of scientific validation of articles. The first question to ask is therefore whether there is a reading committee and a peer reviewing. Thanks for your reply Dear Viola Vambol, Regarding the costs of publishing for an oppen access newspaper, I think the most favored journals and of great importance sets expensive fees, for me I find no explanation. The author is the one who does the work, why he asked for an exaggerated access fee if his job is good. For me, several searches that are published in oppen access do not have access to suitable results, so I do not think that all researchers who have published in oppen access actually good research.

Dear Dr. Jad Tahouri and Viola Vambol, all international data baseses and open journals are good. In Pakistan only ISI indexed journals are considered valid for appointments and promotions in Universities. This is why, I will prefer it. Personally I am not agree with this rule. I have communicated my concern to Highlight Education Commission of Pakistan somany time. But they never listened to that.
