As my research, The synthesized catalyst was composed of Cu and Ni on SBA-15 support with different ration, 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1. The XRD pattern shows the peak of Cu-Ni alloy only 2:1CuNi and others don't. Actually, the peak of Cu-Ni alloy should be presented for all of catalyst. Perhaps the peak intensity increases at higher ration of Cu:Ni.

Please provide your diffractogram for all to see. Is your sample loading low (e.g. 5%) on the support? If so, you'll need to increase the irradiation time.

thanks for sharing your XRD pattern.
As Alan F Rawle suggested, you may have too less amount of material.
There might be not enough crystallites, so that the angular distribution of the crystallite orientation cannot be not homogenously set up. In such a case longer acquisition time will only help a bit. But peaks, which are absent due to this type of preferred orientation artifact, will not grow up due to increase of acquisition time.
In addition your Cu-Ni peak is quite broad, so its crystallite size behind, is small.
I am not familiar with the chemistry behind; but you may temper your sample to increase the crystallite size. This will perhaps help also the supposed peaks at around 62° to grow up. The crystallites contributing to that peak seem to be very small.
You may use grazing incidence XRD in order to be more surface sensitive; but the crystallite size issue will still be the challenge....
Last, but not least, increasing the net amount of material well certainly help.
