what is the motive from asking a question away from your expertise!! to get scores, but you can get a scores from asking a questions within your field. I think this is a purpose from the RG.

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
