What do you think about the dilemma in relation with cut and stick and the formation of negatives values?

Every day we think that the use of the technologies and particularly the TICs, bring us the dilemma of the formation of negative values in the a lot of students that make an unhappy use of works using the " cut and stick " in occasions and he/she hits. We would like to know some experiences related with the formation of values in this sense.
