According my opinion most of the college students they prepared different types of domain in a field to get a job, so a college or university they will not give jobs in all ares we can say it fails, but like linkedin and other job portal website they collect more details and more domains for job carrier, so that it will get popular unless it will not.
so my through is colleges have to improve training skills it should not be unique it should be various domain in single field and they ready to update their websites like linkedin .
The Department of Information Science at the University of Düsseldorf, Germany provides a bulletin board for current internship and job offers. Additionally the university has its own career center where students can get informed and seek advice. Never have been there so I can not rate how satisfying the service is.
Mr. Suresh Govinthan and Mr. Andreas Meier - thank you for your answers. Mr. Andreas, if you do not use the faculty career service, then how to you search for an internship or a job? Do you have and use your personal relations or you use sites like LinkedIn and similar to it in order to get them?
Up until now I used personal relations indeed because colleagues, friends etc. gave me hints where free internships or jobs were available. But I also look around on sites like LinkedIn but have not been able to benefit from them yet.

in our vel tech institution tamilnadu, india having separate communication system we having groups (i.e whats app etc) and we tie up with more enough govt and private sector like corporate , so regularly we are getting updates for our admins , they post our communication network that easily spreading over students and all so our faculty members .
