The RateMyProfessor rating system you have broached up has been one of the long-established policies for evaluating the faculty members in the university where I am working . However, to enhance the credibility value of the responses, the initial rating by all members of the class is further complemented after the final exam by asking only the students with the higher grades to do the rating anew. In this way, the validity of the evaluation greatly improved.

Interesting. Why do you think that the grade is the only relevant factor good enough to give someone right to vote twice (or more)? According to your answer, I can conclude that this is the case.
