Here is new case of affected fish (white croaker) with strange lesion. It would be appreciated if you share and discuss about causative agent and your final diagnosis.

II think that it is possible the neoplasm etiology but it is necessary the H&E technique in order to diagnose other causes or confirm the neoplasm
