If I can limit the temperature build up during the ultrasonication process, can I increase the amplitude from 30 to 100 % and observe the changes in the prepared nanocomposite. Some people are of the perception that 30-40% is the prescribed range.

Muralishwara Kakunje It depends on how many watts you use, because if it's 500W you can go up to 60%, and if it's 750W then it's best to go up to 50%. Also if you regulate the temperature, it accounts for boiling point of the solvents you use.
@Kishore. I am using a 150 W sonicator which can be use for upto 150 ml
