The nanoparticles uptake route in plant may starts with the root, directly leaf however, what is the possible mode of transfer and what will be the final fate of nanoparticles in plant is major question?
Micronutrients like Cu and Zn, both face limited translocation issue inside the plant after their absorption by roots. Nano sizes will surely bring a distinctive improvement in their translocatiin and , hence imprived use efficiency
Nanoparticles like Cu and Zn may enter through shoots like cuticle, epidermis, stomata, hydathodes, stigma and other entry site of shoot. Nanoparticles can enter through roots from root tips, rhizodermic/cortex, lateral root junctions and from wounding.Nanoparticles can enter and transported through cell sap and either absorbing or more accumulation was found in the vacuoie after triggering the different co-enzyme systems.
