You can use programming language like MATLAB and Python. Otherwise directly you can use MiniTab software. Its a standalone freely available software.

I would recommend you to use R, since it is a free software and open source. Many students and also companies use it, which means that there are many tutorials available for how to get started and how to make ARIMA-model forecasts, see e.g.:

Me and most of my students use R-Studio since it is more user friendly.
