I would like to ask, what cell should we use if we want to check the safety of the plant extract for food application (just for screening if it is safe for consumption and does it have any toxicity to human). To check if it is toxic to kidney, liver, immune system, brain, blood etc. (hepatotoxicity, neurotoxicity, hematoxicity, lung toxicity, inflammation, and so on).
