In specific people due to antibiotic induced anaphylaxis such adverse events are encountered.
In case of Diclofenac Sodium, the API is poorly soluble. Per se it has specific affinity towards liver microsomal enzymes and nephrons. Being a hard drug, Liver and Kidney has to work additionally to remove this xenobiotic by making it more water soluble. Resulting effects are these functions gets reflected physically.
