If we dint get LV Hypertrophy in the Heart of mice when we give isoprenaline for 14 days and after that 14 days metoprolol and losartan are given.But when we did the Western Blot for control and model group for caspase 3 the result is fine.So can you please suggest me why the data doesnt showed LV hypertrophy and what else can i do to make my result even better?

a) How did you measure hypertrophy (e.g. have you got heart weight, MRI dimensions, cellular volumes, or something like that?)
b) What do you mean by "result is fine" exactly, regarding caspase 3?
c) How did you administer isoprenaline and what concentration?

Is isoprenaline the right way to induce a representative type of hypertrophy. I wouldn't think so. What about switching to aortic banding? Descending or supra renal working better than ascending. See Hori AJP 1984, Kobayashi Circulation 2005 and Chirinos Hypertension 2013, Zamani Hypertension 2015.
Then you will see differences between losartan and metoprolol. Timing of load is key! The importance of being earnest (after Oscar Wilde).
