What can we do about the problem of non-replicability of many studies in Psychology?

Let me try one answer myself. The problem of non-replicability often lies in the fact that many of these studies are 'one-shot' studies. Replicability should be part of each serious research programme aiming at obtaining robust results. Not necessarily literal replication, but rather constructive replication: approaching the same question by using different research designs or slightly different angles.
