I made experiment to measure Thlaspi caerulescen hyperaccumulation in spiked soil with different concentration of (Cd & Zn ), the total weight for the plant is enough to make just one sample to be analyzed.
now i have just one reading for each soil treatment, & my adviser said i cant publish the data because i have one reading, i measured the concentration in the soil before and after planting Thlaspi, I also measured Microbiological Activity & Counts for Bacteria , Fungi & Actinomycetes .
Is my work is Use less & cant be published?
Hello. You can repeat your experiment to obtain reliable data.

I mean i cant repeat it because i did it as my master thesis & i am graduated now! so the univ, will not let me go back and fund the experiment again. Regards
For your problem with replicates Investigate jackknife sampling and bootstrapping statistical techniques to determine if this will be suitable
