I am trying to do an alignment MEGA7 and it says
Error: computer reported lack of enough memory (RAM). Try freeing up memory by closing other programs and starting over.
The alignment is with only two sequences. And I checked the task manager of teh computer, and there is only Mega is running. I did a bigger alignment few months ago.
What can I do?
Hi, Having same problem, although I have 100 of sequence. Did you find any solution?
