The following references described a method for determining M/G ratio using CD but what if there are different Molecular weight alginates and what the CD spectra will look like for M/G < 1?

For example If I analyze alginate with Mw 100 Kda, 200 Kda and 300 Kda of same M/G ratio or M/G ratio 0.5 , 1.00 and 1.5 with same Molecular weight 200 Kda what will be the differences in CD spectra ?

As a heterogenous polysaccharide, is it possible to explain the differences of alginate Molecular weight or M/G ratio (specially if M/G ratio is less that 1, in case of high G block alginates) variation via CD?
