At the start of every calendar or financial year, there should be an agreement between manager and employee on key performance indicators (KPI) or target.
Then, at the end of the calendar or financial year, the KPI or target should be checked to see how much is achieved.
In addition, HR professional can verify from both manager and employee such as a feedback from employee on 1 to 10 scale and a comparing with Manager's response.
