What calculation do I use to calculate phenol oxidase and Peroxidase activity in soils?

I am currently using methods from Sinsabaugh et al. 2005 to quantify POX and PER activity in soils.

I have not however come across the equation needed to calculate activity as umol/h/g of dry soil

Soil slurry = 1g of fresh soil with 125ml sodium acetate buffer

POX Assay= 200ul of soil slurry and 50ul of 10mM L-DOPA

PER Assay=200ul of soil slurry and 50ul of 10mM L-DOPA and 10ul of 0.3% H2O2

Negative sample control=200ul of soil slurry and 50ul buffer

Negative substrate control=200ul of buffer and 50ul of L-DOPA

Absorbance was measured at 460nm

So lets say we had a 10 min incubation time and dry soil weight 0.65g, what would the equation be?
