ucMGP shows causative association with arterial plaque. If people are taking high doses (5,000 - 10,000 IU cholecalficerol/day) thus stimulating MGP production, how much menaquinone-7 does it take to iptimally carboxylate the resultant MGP to avoid the potential for arterial plaque formation?
