Hello everyone,
I would like you state an advise for me. I have programming and scripting skills, so I can develop Bioinformatics tools based on available modules and improve new codes, but while scratching present tools I found many and it can be good enough to do required works especially that developed by NCBI, EMBL-EBI, EXPASy and etc . So, is it necessary waste time to build bioinformatics tool rather than use tool can supply same work and function ?.
I want your advices. Shall I go through building tools or using present tools in my way or I should have both options in some levels?

I think both options. When you have some data processing or analysis to perform, do a quick search (and ask on ResearchGate) to see if you can find an existing tool that meets your needs. If not, build one. Often there is a halfway situation, where you can find tools or modules that do parts of what you need but not everything, so you can build a pipeline that uses some existing tools and some of your own scripts and produces the output format that you want.

Thank you for your valuable answer. I agree with your point and I appreciate it. You recommended both options ( tools builder and tools user ) whatever needed. This view will encourage science going forward vertically and hence meet our needs.

When you are working on the NGS platform then some manual tools is not feasible for people.So you will generate the some interfaced based tools because it will be a user friendly tools so the people can easily use it..

Many tools and servers are available for NGS analysis. It useful and user friendly like GALAXY (https://usegalaxy.org/). I believe Bioinformatician need programming experts but in rare cases especially with NGS, drug design and microarray. I thank your good answer.
