Providing counselling is itself technology advantage. fear generates seclusion. Risks almost everywhere. Trusted sites are also needed. overall, counselling illuminates the paths.

Yes, reducing isolation and seclusion can be beneficial, especially when it is hidden.
With regards to trusted sites, it is possible to use our in-house iVLE's (student/university communication platform) to house our services, rather than reach out to 3rd party sites.
I am wondering if either of your universities offer online counselling and if so, if that is by email, instant messenger or web conferencing.
